PAYMENT POLICY

Our website accepts payments through major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for all print purchases. Payments must be made in full before the shipment of the print.

All prices listed on our website are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

For custom design projects, a 50% deposit is required before the start of the project, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion.

For digital products, payments must be made in full before the product will be sent.


REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We take great care in the production and packaging of our prints, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Please contact us at contact@okkai.studio to initiate a return or exchange.

All returned prints must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and materials. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the print does not meet these requirements.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that due to the nature of the printing process, slight variations in colour and texture may occur from the image you see on the website.

Custom prints or commissioned work is not eligible for return or refund.
